First of all, good on you for taking this step to better yourself, and by extension (see what we did there?), our entire industry.

What you've paid for is access to either our IPAC Course & Exam, or to our Exam Only Option (among other perks, but more on that later). You'll still need to pass our exam to earn your certificate. 

You should have received an email with login credentials. To access your Library, log in HERE. You can also hit the "Login" link at the top of this page.

You do not need to pay again if you didn't pass the exam. You can take the exam as many times as you need to within one year of purchase, without paying again. The only time it will disappear from your library is when you achieve a passing score, or after one year of purchase, whichever comes first. 

If you don't pass the exam right away, even after multiple tries, you may feel discouraged or frustrated, but DON'T! 

It is completely normal to need to take our exam more than once (we've seen up to 20+ times) before achieving your passing score. It is a LOT of new information delivered in a small amount of time, paired with a very challenging exam with a high minimum score requirement to pass - and for good reason! We feel that infection prevention & control is one of the MOST important factors when working with a mucous membrane. 

It's easy to get frustrated and want to give up - it's a difficult exam, but nothing worth doing ever comes easily, and the way we see it, you get to take the exam as many times as you need to, so each time is like a practice test. You only ever really "fail" if you give up. Eliminate all distractions, re-watch your video modules with full engagement, and try again. Repetition is KEY. You can do this!

Sadly, our system is not currently sophisticated enough to send you an automated report with your score and wrong answers. (sad face emoji) If you'd like to know your score, please send us an email and ask us. **Due to high volumes of messages, it may take a while for us to respond, we appreciate your patience!**

**ProTip - Carefully watch ALL the video modules, even the FAQs, and take a ton of notes, especially the Levels of Disinfection. There are hidden gems in ALL the modules!**

Eyelash Extensions is an industry still in its infancy. We are learning and developing new information and techniques every single day. Even in more established industries, standards evolve over time. Not only that, but let's be honest, sometimes we get comfortable and need a refresher. This is why your IPAC Certificate needs to be re-earned annually, so you can keep your IPAC knowledge current and your protocols up to date.

When your annual subscription payment renews, you get granted access to the most recent IPAC video modules and exam so you can rest assured that you are doing the best for yourself and your clients!

**ProTip - Remember to set a calendar reminder for your subscription renewal date one year from now, if you haven't already. "Surprise" payments are never fun and there are no refunds.**

- Watch ALL the video modules, there are exam answers sprinkled throughout. Watch. Every. Module.

- Be sure to read all the exam questions and answers carefully and thoroughly, some can be tricky!

- Sometimes there are glitches in the system and your exam doesn't get submitted properly. When you finish your exam, if you don't immediately get taken to a page that tells you whether or not you passed, it probably didn't get submitted properly and we won't be able to retrieve or access your exam. You'll have to treat it like a practice test and re-take it.

Some things you can do to lessen the chances of this happening is to clear your cache/cookies, refresh your page to make sure you are still logged in, and try to use a laptop, desktop, or mobile phone. We may be seeing increased glitches with iPads but we are collecting more data on this before we can confirm this is accurate. DO NOT at any point while taking your exam, press the refresh button before successfully submitting your work. You will lose all your progress.

- Please be aware that there's a weird glitch where if a student has previously passed our exam, sometimes if they take it again the next year but don't pass right away, the glitch causes the exam to disappear from their library. We'll keep an eye on your account when exam submissions come in, but if that happens and we don't catch it and restore the exam to your account right away, just send us an email and we'll get to it as soon as we can. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience!
