- Watch ALL the video modules, there are exam answers sprinkled throughout. Watch. Every. Module.
- Be sure to read all the exam questions and answers carefully and thoroughly, some can be tricky!
- Sometimes there are glitches in the system and your exam doesn't get submitted properly. When you finish your exam, if you don't immediately get taken to a page that tells you whether or not you passed, it probably didn't get submitted properly and we won't be able to retrieve or access your exam. You'll have to treat it like a practice test and re-take it.
Some things you can do to lessen the chances of this happening is to clear your cache/cookies, refresh your page to make sure you are still logged in, and try to use a laptop, desktop, or mobile phone. We may be seeing increased glitches with iPads but we are collecting more data on this before we can confirm this is accurate. DO NOT at any point while taking your exam, press the refresh button before successfully submitting your work. You will lose all your progress.
